Our adaptogenic coffee is designed to help you stay balanced and elevate your day, blended with premium coffee and adaptogen extracts. There are good synergies between caffeine and adaptogens, adaptogenic coffee helps give you all the benefits of regular coffee whilst minimising side-effects such as jitters, anxiety and a crash.

Lovingly made with the best-in-class medicinal mushroom extracts and other adaptogens, each blend is designed for a specific purpose - Flow for mental clarity and focus, Zen for calming energy and Mojo for a natural boost! 🚀

All of our blends contain 80-110mg of caffeine per serving, this is about the same as one regular cup of coffee - caffeine varies naturally in coffee. We love the synergies between adaptogens and caffeine - our Zen blend is most popular with those sensitive to caffeine with L-theanine and Ashwagandha for some calming and balancing energy 🙏 We'd also love to launch some naturally caffeine-free blends in the future to help us wind down in the evening, watch this space! 🧘‍♀️

Functional mushroom extracts don't taste like the mushrooms we find in the vegetable section and our blends tastes similar to regular coffee. Our mushroom coffee blends Flow and Mojo taste a little earthy and Zen tastes a little more chocolatey. Taste and impact are important to us and we'd recommend a large mug with 300ml hot water per serving. Some of our customers prefer a stronger taste and use less water or you can add more milk/water if this suits your taste better. You can enjoy our blends black or by adding a splash of your fav milk - it's all about personal preference 🙌

We recommend 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day depending on how you feel and what you need. For example, you could enjoy a Flow first thing to clear morning brain fog and have a productive start and then in the early afternoon, a Mojo for a natural boost or a Zen for some calming energy.

Some people drink a few more servings per day which is fine too, we're all unique, listen to your internal cues and find what works best for you 🤗

Flow contains +250mg of organic 8:1 dual-extracted Lion's Mane from fruiting bodies with +42% beta-glucans and +83mg of a branded Rhodiola extract called RhodioLife® (grown from the Siberian-Altai) - standardized to 3% Rosavins & 1% Salidroside.

Zen contains +153mg of L-theanine and +110mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha (vegan extract) with 5.5% Withanolides.

Mojo contains +305mg of organic 8:1 dual-extracted Cordyceps from fruiting bodies with 0.49% cordycepin & 23.5% beta-glucans and +108mg of Siberian Ginseng (eleutherosides) extract.

With adaptogens such as functional mushrooms and other plant extracts, we get health benefits from the active compounds. We ensure our highly bioavailable extracts are rich in active compounds and source all our adaptogens ourselves. The active compounds listed above are for our latest batch, and each batch is unique using best-in-class adaptogen extracts 🍄

Depending on your subscription, we’ll send your renewals in either a compact mailer bag (for 1-box and 2-box subscriptions) or a mailer box (for Big Box subscriptions) - both are designed to fit through your letterbox for convenience. We encourage you to keep hold of your initial subscription box and each month, you can refill it with your favourite adaptogenic coffee sachets 🤝 By reusing your box, you help us to reduce overall packaging and minimise waste, supporting our sustainability efforts 🌍🙏
