Doing last-minute Christmas shopping? You can order by midday on Monday, 22 December for Special Next-Day Delivery - just get in touch and we'll organise it for you.

UK Shipping:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping is £2.49, and free for orders over £30 and for all subscriptions. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way 🚚✨
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully tracked service with updates from dispatch through to delivery, including confirmation once your parcel has arrived.
International Christmas Delivery 🎄
To help us deliver your gifts in time for Christmas, please place your order by Monday, 8 December. While some orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, we’ll always do our best to provide the smoothest possible service.
International Shipping:
We ship to most countries worldwide for a flat rate of £4.99 - you can select your destination at checkout. If your location isn’t listed, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
International orders typically arrive within 7-10 working days from dispatch (subject to customs). Although we send EU orders via IOSS, some international shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival.

Returns:
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase 💜
