UK, International Shipping & Returns
UK Shipping:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping is £2.49, and free for orders over £30 and for all subscriptions. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way 🚚✨
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully tracked service with updates from dispatch through to delivery, including confirmation once your parcel has arrived.
International Shipping:
We ship to most countries worldwide for a flat rate of £4.99 - you can select your destination at checkout. If your location isn’t listed, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
International orders typically arrive within 7-10 working days from dispatch (subject to customs). Although we send EU orders via IOSS, some international shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival.
