UK, International Shipping & Returns
UK:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Shipping is £2.49, and it’s free for orders over £30 and for subscriptions. You’ll receive a dispatch email as soon as your order is on its way 🚚✨
- Royal Mail 24: Orders containing a single box (12 sachets) are sent via this fast service with delivery confirmation. While it doesn’t include full tracking, your link will update once delivery has been attempted.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Larger orders are sent via this fully tracked service, with updates provided from dispatch through to delivery.
International:
We ship to most countries worldwide for a flat rate of £4.99 - you can select your destination at checkout. If your location isn’t listed, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help. International orders typically arrive within 7-10 working days from dispatch (subject to customs).
Although we send EU orders via IOSS, some international orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. If you’re charged, drop us a line via care@londonnootropics.com with your receipt, and we’ll be happy to help.
