Returns

We hope our adaptogenic coffee helps you stay balanced and find your flow. If you're unhappy with an order for any reason, email us at care@londonnootropics.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to help.

Cancelling your order

We'll do our best to cancel your order before it's fulfilled. This includes your legal right of withdrawal as an EU consumer. If you're based in the EU, you can use the cancellation button in your account. For UK and rest-of-world orders, email us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Returning your order

Once your order has arrived, if you're unhappy for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund. If you're an EU customer, this includes your legal right of withdrawal, which runs for 14 days from the delivery of your last item. To start your return, use the return button in your account area, or drop us an email. Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item arrived incorrect or faulty. 

Subscriptions

The same return policy applies to subscription orders. You can skip an order, adjust your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription anytime via your subscription dashboard. If you have any questions, visit our Help Center or email us at care@londonnootropics.com.
