We use the highest-quality medicinal mushrooms and other adaptogens, each blend is designed for a specific purpose - Flow for mental clarity and focus, Zen for calming energy and Mojo for a natural boost! 🍄✨
All of our blends contain 80-110mg of caffeine per serving; this is about the same as one regular cup of coffee - caffeine varies naturally in coffee. We love the synergies between adaptogens and caffeine to help us stay balanced and in flow. Our Zen blend is popular with those sensitive to caffeine with L-theanine and Ashwagandha to promote calming, balanced energy 🧘♀️
We recommend using a large mug with 300ml of hot water per sachet. Add a splash of your favourite milk for a creamy coffee, or enjoy it black if you prefer! Some customers enjoy a stronger brew and use less water, or add more milk or water to suit your taste preference - it’s all about finding what works for you! For a delicious iced adaptogenic coffee in summer, pour 200ml of milk over ice, mix a sachet of your favourite blend with a splash of hot water, and pour it over the milk. For a black iced coffee, use 200ml of cold water instead. Enjoy! 💫😍

We'd recommend 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day, depending on how you feel and what you need. For example, you could enjoy a Flow or Mush Love in the morning to help clear brain fog and have a productive start to the day, and then have a Mojo in the early afternoon for a natural boost or a Zen for calming energy.
We're all unique - listen to your body's cues and find what works best for you! Due to the sustained energy from adaptogens, many of our customers reduce their overall caffeine intake to just 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day 🤗✨
Flow contains 250mg of Hifas da Terra Lion’s Mane, with 45% beta-glucan fruiting bodies, and 83mg of a branded Rhodiola extract called RhodioLife® (grown from the Siberian Altai), standardised to 3% Rosavins & 1% Salidroside.
Zen contains 153mg of L-theanine and 110mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (vegan extract), known as the "Gold Standard" extract, standardised to 5% Withanolides.
Mojo contains 305mg of Hifas da Terra Cordyceps, standardised to 5% Cordycepin & 25% beta-glucan fruiting bodies, and 102mg of Siberian Ginseng (with 0.8% Eleutherosides) extract.
Mush Love contains 160mg of Hifas da Terra organic Lion's Mane extract, with a minimum of 45% beta-glucans, 160mg of Hifas da Terra Cordyceps extract, with at least 5% cordycepin and 25% beta-glucans, and 160mg of Hifas da Terra organic Chaga extract, with a minimum of 45% total glucans.

"These coffees are absolutely outstanding! I haven't been able to drink 'normal' coffee for about 15 years, as it would give me heart palpitations and the shakes. My friend recommended these coffees and kindly gave me one to try. I loved the taste and didn't get the shakes or 'palps', so I ordered a small selection box to drink periodically. I ended up drinking those in no time, but still no shakes or palpitations, so things were looking good. On a different note, I run 5-6 miles every day and have done for a few years. I noticed a positive difference in my running when I had a coffee beforehand, so ordered another small selection box. Realising that this was becoming a daily habit, I decided to purchase the large selection box which will last me a good sx months ( I hope 😄). I do not part with my money very easily, so Noo tropics should feel very honoured that I have done so. I now have a coffee every morning before my run and still no shakes or palpitations. Just the lovely coffee taste with mushroom power. I would recommend to potential customers, buy a small selection box and see it you like it. If so, the large selection box, although a large layout costwise, it is more cost effective if you want to carry on with them. My husband hates them, so it is all personal taste.
