Our adaptogenic coffee is designed to help you stay balanced and elevate your day, blended with premium coffee and adaptogen extracts. There are good synergies between caffeine and adaptogens, adaptogenic coffee helps give you all the benefits of regular coffee whilst minimising side-effects such as jitters, anxiety and a crash.

All of our blends contain 80-110mg of caffeine per serving, this is about the same as one regular cup of coffee - caffeine varies naturally in coffee. We love the synergies between adaptogens and caffeine - our Zen blend is most popular with those sensitive to caffeine with L-theanine and Ashwagandha for some calming and balancing energy 🙏 We'd also love to launch some naturally caffeine-free blends in the future to help us wind down in the evening, watch this space! 🧘♀️
We recommend 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day depending on how you feel and what you need. For example, you could enjoy a Flow first thing to clear morning brain fog and have a productive start and then in the early afternoon, a Mojo for a natural boost or a Zen for some calming energy.
Some people drink a few more servings per day which is fine too, we're all unique, listen to your internal cues and find what works best for you 🤗
Flow contains +250mg of Hifas da Terra Lion's Mane, with 45% beta-glucan fruiting bodies. Flow also includes +83mg of a branded Rhodiola extract called RhodioLife® (grown from the Siberian Altai). RhodioLife® is standardised to 3% Rosavins & 1% Salidroside.
Zen contains +153mg of L-theanine and +110mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha® (vegan extract) standardised to 5% Withanolides. KSM-66 Ashwagandha®, known as the "Gold Standard" extract.
Mojo contains +305mg of Hifas da Terra Cordyceps, standardised to 5% Cordycepin & 25% beta-glucan fruiting bodies. Mojo also includes +102mg of Siberian Ginseng (with 0.8% Eleutherosides) extract.
